Chris works with senior management teams, large groups and individuals in both the public and private sectors on assignments that challenge and help to shape clients' own thinking, rather than applying pre-packaged solutions. His focus and passion are exploring key aspects of leadership, change and organisational dynamics.
Chris previously held a wide range of senior management positions in the power generation industry, culminating in the role of Organisational Development Manager for National Power. These complementary roles spanned the years of the industry's groundbreaking privatisation and its subsequent commercial development - a period of unprecedented change and organisational transformation.
Chris is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management and an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultancy. He is also a founder member of the Complexity Society and of the OD Innovation Network.
