Sally Kleyn brings a ‘systems’ orientation to her work. She specialises in executive and team coaching; leadership development; personal development and emotional intelligence; action learning; and group facilitation. She is skilled at helping clients discover ways to reduce what’s getting in the way of their achieving their goals. Her aim is to leave clients with skills, strategies and capabilities that are sustainable after the assignment has ended.
She has worked for over 20 years with chief executives, senior management teams, department and division heads and their teams across a range of sectors including, financial, IT, media, oil, retail, professional services and the public sector in the UK, mainland Europe, and the USA. She is American and has lived in the UK since 1989.
Sally holds a MA in Psychological Counseling from New York University and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey. She is also an NLP Practitioner. Sally is a member of the Systems Centered Training and Research Institute and is currently participating in training courses, a peer supervision group and an on-going experiential training group to further develop her capabilities in systems-oriented change work.
